Yes indeed the breached wall is the most important addition you can have at the moment IMHO and i'd want to see that before the end of the campaign otherwise i will have to butcher one of those extra walls i've pledged for.

Besides you can always do another campaign with new pieces sometime down the line.

Hello all. One week to do on what has been a hugely successful campaign! So this is your last chance to get these huge city walls to really spice up your gaming tables and campaigns.

Thanks to the backing of you guys we have reached all but one stretch goal so far meaning that you can buy bits of the wall set individually, you can buy a forward bunker in the same style to the bastion top (and you get a free one with every wall set you order) and there is an AA missile system that can be added to the top of the bunkers or the smaller bastions!

The last thing to unlock, which is totally doable in the time, is the damaged city walls. There will be a picture of those up this week.

Finally a big thanks to Florian for running the Battle of the Thames yesterday where the walls were used as a backdrop to the main table (along with some buildings that hopefully will be a future campaign). I will post up a link to their games (which were videoed) later.

Here we are with only six days left! And so close to the broken wall section goal (only £251 to go).

I thought I would post up a couple of pictures of the broken wall sections (straight and corner) to wet your appetites a bit :p. As you can see I have sculpted them as 3D design isn't best suited to this sort of a task and you can see that they include the internal corridor that the defending soldiers fire out of.

So here's hoping we get there! If not I will be setting up a campaign for them so you will be able to get your hands on them but then there will need to be a separate funding goal for it to happen.

Cant seem to add an attachment half way through a thread (might be being special here). So I have opened a new thread for the City Wall rules I am working on. They are only for Epic Armageddon (sorry, thats the rules set I play) but Im sure you get the idea if you would like to modify in any way.

I cannot see any pics, so here is the one I took at the recent BOTT.

It stretched the entire width of the table (acting as the edge of the battlefield), and as such is slightly longer than the bits in the sales pack, but the pieces are a joy to behold. I really like the interchangeable closed gates and breached gates, and the different tops of each tower.

I gather the buildings in the foreground may also be designed and built by NCO. . . . .

Thanks for the pic Ginger. I didnt get time to take any (too busy loosing games :p).

The buildings are indeed made by me, and will be a future campaign (only after this one is all sorted :p). More details will follow in time :p
