I have three bunkers primed grey. What is a good wash to use plus I want to make them steel and rusty. Any suggestions on paints to use and the order to apply the paint. Thanks the terrain will be at mechanicon once completed. See pictures

Like slabs of metal in the ground? Were they once painted but now are beat up and rusted or just plain metal?

The latter I'd expect gunmetal with black wash and then 1 of the following:
Thinned bestial brown that can be spackled as rust
Enamel rust wash like from AK Interactive
Some red and burnt orange oil slurry made with white spirit
Rust weathering powders

The painted version should be as easy as distressing it with sponges on gunmetal and some drydrushing and then rusting it up
