Out of curiosity I got some FW epic pillboxes off ebay to see how they looked up close...
...so out came the balsa foam and in 3 mins had these. Admittedly they are lacking the roof detail and eagle, but will serve the purpose of a quick generic concrete pillbox, slightly larger (approx. 1.5mm) than the FW one which looks more realistic next to a stand of figures.
So, will spend a little more time, make a couple more (some with detail) and will cast them.
