Post subject:  Ulric´s terrain
Hi after a decade or so I started a terrain piece.
To choose between the bunch of ideas was quite hard
but after a while I decided to
do 2 ideas in one terrain piece.

First idea was a Squat stronghold or at last a vast bunker complex
second(inspired trough Onyx fantastic Helms deep terrain piece) a body of water

Here is what I have so far

I will do the indoor stuff at the end

I really saw forward to do the body of water
I´ve done the channel simply with an lighter
Then I´ve done several strategic mistakes :-\

Instead of painting the channel first , I´ve first glued sand and stones into it.
It was not that dramatic, since the material was green, but could have been done better.

Channel after painting
you can see another very stupid idea
Since it was my 1st expirience with water effect resin
I was a bit worried about the temperature(about 170 celsius)
so I wanted to give it a try first
Why oh my god why did I tried it in the riverbed? ;)
It worked out well, but I had to pay the bill for that.

Decorating the riverbed was quite funny

I got big problems with that moola
it got the resin foamed up

but for the first try it still looks nice
