You can find them at :  www.safariltd.com    Or so it says on the package.   A Roman Triumphal Arch and Pantheon.  After a little converting, I made the Pantheon an Epic scale Tomb.  The Eagles are E/W Haarken ... Just ask Tom if you want some !  I still need to paint them so they are WIP.  They also make a 2-3 Arch section of an Aquaduct  ... I may have to get a couple of those and make them Aquaduct ruins ...

Does "unreleased" mean they will be released in future or will never be released? You know how I feel about Khazari.

It means they've been 'in the bank' for a while now, waiting for an appropriate slot.

I'm thinking a good time would be with the Valkyrie, I'd love to release them earlier but we've got our casters schedule packed with skeletons, turrets, restocks and other such mayhem.

I can confirm though that the Engineers are definitely on the 'to cast' list, Karnak isn't as of yet though.
