Does anyone have a link for a company that sells a decent looking 6mm (1:285th) industrial bridge? Something that would look good as part of an Epic table.

You might be able to convert an N Gauge train bridge for something like this.
I've used quite a few N Gauge bits for my terrain.

Best of luck mate.

Perhaps these from Timecast?

That second bridge will fit the bill. Bit pricy though. Maybe I will try to find a railroad bridge and use that... espacially as I need three of them

What scale is Z scale?

I'm not sure who makes it , but I've picked up several of these HO scale railroad bridges at a local train store in the used bin for a couple $ each. ?They would probably be available at any hobby store that sells railroad products. ?Not overly fancy, but they are cheap and work nicely for Epic scale terrain. ?

Great models !  Those bridges are pretty nice. And the paint jobs on all the models are very nice.   (We still use order counters too as well as the odd OBJ counter !) :D

A bit out of scale but usable. Thanks

Is the industrial terrain in the background made from the Chemical Works terrain set?

And what did you use for your roads?

Yeah the scale isn't perfect, but close, and the price and availability are right. ?By the way, these bridges are designed so you can slide the rr track in and out. ?I just slide a painted piece of card or plasticard in for the road surface. ?Some bridges have the track permanently built in, which obviously wouldn't work so well.

The industrial terrain is made from several different Armorcast modular refinery pieces ?They market it for 28mm but is really very "scale generic."

The roads are made from railroad cork roadbed link. ?These were some test pieces and I'll be making wider roads to match the bridge width more closely. ?It comes in varying width strips or sheets. ?The cork roadbed is compact and durable, (not like most bulletin board cork), is easily bevelled with an exacto, and has a nice highlightable texture without needing any additional texture added. ?

I tried using the foam roadbed previously (first picture). ?The drawback to the foam was that the ends of the roads lifted up from the table top due to not having any weight, and would occasionaly displace if someone sneezed too hard. ?The cork roadbeds lie nice and flat while still conforming to slight contures.

L4, thanks. ?The IG vehicles just have a basic "paint to play" paint job and are still a WIP at the moment. ?I'll have to post some pics when the army is properly done.

I also use these HO-scale railroad bridges.  My local Hobbytown has them for $4-5.  They are easily converted for gaming.  I think a true "in scale" bridge looks too small (particularly if you have some superheavies coming down the road).
