Great stuff all around! With all due respect to the other great terrain makers around here I still think L4 is the local scenery king.

So the BatRep will be 'The Revenge of Montazuma'  :D  :D
Really nice as usual L4, and that is a great scheme for the 'ugliest' Eldar Titans. The pyramid temple is my favourite though.

Thanks Mojarn, that's quite a compliment, with all the talent here ! :D  J/N - I thing that is a great BatRep name !  My DRM Kraytonians, find the Ruins, and are attacked by my Pendraken 10mm Sci-fi Lizzymen and my 6mm GZG, Predators and Aliens come out of the Temple and my 10mm Pendraken Predators go hunting everyone ! And the Eldar Titans try to kill all the other Xenos ! Now that's a battle !!     H/W - I guess I can't spell any Aztec words ! :D  D/S, I think you have the spelling correct !  If I can learn Klingon ... I can try to spell Aztec words !  :alien:

As long as they dont all get Monteczumas Revenge!

Hey L4, awesome terrain set again.  How do you get that excellent gritty, "stone statue" effect on your stuff?  Some fancy custom textured paint mix?

Thank Tc ! Yes, I was lucky; the 3 deployments I had to Central America, I managed to miss the Big "M's" Revenge ! :D ? ? ? And the stone effects, well Krylon paint has a tendancy to "scar" plastic, so that's one method I use. And then I do a lot of dry brushing, 5 or more times, the paint builds up a bit and gets a grainy chalky look ... ?But at the craft store I saw some textured spray paint, just for a stone effect ... But I'm not sure if it would obscure any detail. ?So I use my techique ... ?:D

Mosco ... the Shrine of the Ark is in this link on the first page. The Winged Creatures are facing out instead on in as on the "real" Ark ! :)  Enjoy !

I did see this and liked it!  I had forgotten until I saw it again just now.  Very "Mercy Seat"ish!   :D

Great work all around, actually.

I've always really disliked those Eldar titans but that's the first time I've seen them in a paint job that does them any credit.  They're actually quite nice models, just not very Elven - more RT era Imperial.

THanks Boyz !  Mosco - I based my Shrine of the Ark on the design of the Ark of the Covenant ... save the WHFB Tomb Kings piece is really a structure in my 6mm terrain. And I added the Iron Hawk Familars ...  No Bans, those colors are Panzer Yellow and Gray, a tac shade of green and steel ...  No circus colors ! :D     And Thank you Col. S. ... that is the highest praise for those models that few liked ! :;):
