Any chance of a walkthrough on how to put together scenery of that quality?
Sorry but I made most of this scenery during my vacation in Spain so I have plenty pictures of my wife and my two sons but no picture of "Work in progress".
The best advice I could give is to start this kind of work on paper. Draw what you want to make (and believe me I'm a very bad drawer
). Like this you can anticipate most of the problems of the construction steps. For exemple, when I decided to add all the details inside the factory it appear very soon that I could'nt stick all the outside walls at the start of the job because it would be too difficult then to add details and to do all the painting job. So I decided tu "cut " the factory into 2 parts that were stick together only at the end. By drawing plans, I also figure out that all the outside details must be at the good places to make sense with the inside details (doors, pipes...) Same thing for the roof. As I wanted it to be removable, it needed to be done only at the end. Don't start too fast. Think a lot of what you want to do and go for it. Step by step.

Note: I've posted another message for the link to the urban war diorama in "Epic 6mm".
