Shorter buildingsQuote:
however i cant recall i have seen the lesser buildings anywhere before. But they look nice, can you tell where they are from?
They're from a tiny little company called
Proxie Models, and are sold as 15mm. I think the scale works, and at $4 (£2.50 in proper money

), they're absolutely fantastic value.
The plastic's pretty similar to GW's basing plastic, and the detail is very basic; with little more than the buttresses and windows. That said, I'm very pleased with what you get for the price, and the addition of some floors/roofs makes them look convincing.
For the record, Proxie Models do post to the UK (these models are proof!)

The roads are from the now-defunct S6 engineering, aren't they?
Right on the money. Shame he's packed up, but I vaguely seem to remember E&C mentioning someone that could do the same stuff..?

They look great and the guys seems to be nice. IIRC he said if there were things we wanted, to say something and he might be able to do it. So if there a increase in his regular sales and then some more request for similar pieces it might happen?
I've asked for sloping/pointed/domed roofs to add to these buildings, as I think that's a vital part of gothic architecture, but haven't heard back from him.
I'd love to get some ideas together from the community here and go back to him with some ideas for expanding the range.

On the WFB set how much usable Epic does it come with? And would it be easy to sell the rest of the kit or would major pieces be missing that were "Epicized"??
It's really just the three tombs/buildings here that are obviously useful. Other than these, it comes with bases for the main tombs (bit too much scale detail), a long decorative fence and a statue of Morr. The statue would work nicely, as it's just a robed skeleton with a sword and shield; and I imagine the bases and fence would sell decently. I gave mine to a friend for his Warmachine table.
