I'm not sure. I was asked to make some 15mm sci fi stuff for a gaming board. They sent me a 15mm GZG Stargrunt miniature for comparison....so I suppose there must be something out there?

15mm sci-fi probably dwarfs 6mm in terms of lines and popularity. I can think of at least 10 sets of rules off the top of my head and more than a dozen manufacturers.

Go to the Miniatures Page and look at the 15mm sci-fi boards. Post questions about your terrain there and see what people say. That will be a far more representative sample of 15mm buyers.

Probably down to preference, but there is Stargrunt, Gruntz and Tomorrow's War (although the last one works for 28mm, too). You also can use Star Army, New Beginnings, Hammer's Slammers, Future War Commander, some of the offerings from Legionnaire Games, etc. Depends on desired basing, game size and so on.

Update:

The current 15mm sci fi buildings won't be up for sale. The guy bought the moulds for them. But I will be doing some in the future.

6mm scale roads are almost all done. There are 2 moulds to do - 1) Crossroads and 2) large open pavement tile.

Here are the first 3 cast with some ink splashed on to pick out etched detail. All are 100mm x 100mm square

They'll probably be around the £2 mark. Though may do them in sets/pairs, not sure yet.... There will be a few shell damaged ones eventually.

I was planning to do a narrower canal sections in the future to tie in with these.

Keep talking... How about some urban squares/piazzas with steps, raised beds, statues, subway entrances, etc...?

Oh, also. How about casting on road markings? Makes a big difference that these kinda things a crisp and even which is hard to do free hand.

Hmmmm....I have a tiled square waiting to be moulded as I type. The piazza with steps etc would have to be done on a much larger tile, but do-able, although may be a little on the more pricey side as the mould would be quite large/deep.

I will mess about with some layouts and see what I can do.....
