Okay, guys.  I've finally decided to put the effort into collecting up information on all the home-made titan legions out there.  I'm going to put it into the same format that I used for the published legions.  Submissions can be yours or if you know of someone who has published their own and you don't think they will mind it floating around the net, that's fine, too.

Loyal, traitor, and Eldar clans are all valid submissions.  Also, if you have taken one of the published versions and filled in missing info for your personal use, I'll take that, too.

Information requested for loyal/traitor legions is:

Legion:  Official name (nickname), example Legio Astorum (Warp Runners)
Emblem/Icon: brief description
Colors:  I'll let you figure it out...  :L
Princeps Senioris/Grand Master:
Forge World:
Notes:  historical highlights or unusual information, example "Defenders of the Cadian Gate, Fought at battle of Tallarn"
Author:  Whatever you want listed - net ID or real name

For Eldar titan clans (pretty much the same):

Legion:  Official name (translation), example Fir Iolarion (Eagles Born Of Fire)
Emblem/Icon:
Colors:
Princeps Senioris: (anyone know what the Eldar equivalent is?)
Craftworld:
Notes:

Sounds cool, well volunteered Neal! :)

Ive done a little background (a page or two) on my own Chaos Titan Legion Legio Proditor, which splintered from Legio Vulturum (which IS an existing one, but I have written a small amount of background on), and allied itself with a member of the Black Legion and former rival of Abaddons (the very observant of you may find this familiar, yes they are linked, and yes I do like backgrounds, I was a roleplayer before I was a wargamer :D ), for various reasons, and is in a sense the Black Legions 'pet' Titan Legion, although they are fairly autonomous.

Would this be applicable? I'd quite happily write up both Legions, if someone doesnt already have stuff on Vulturum?

The only info on Vulturum is name and colors from back in AT.  If you want to flesh it out some (limited space on the chart), send it my way.  Definitely send me Legio Proditor stuff.

For everyone else, CS was kind enough to post my table with the collected info in the "Battle Groups" section of the site:

Many thanks.  It will certainly be easier to reference for new people seeking information.

Hm. I need help with the (pseudo-latin) official name for my legion. Whatever would be the official name of a legion nicknamed "Fireswords"?  Legio Gladius Ignis? Or whatever is the plural for "ignis"? ???

Information requested for loyal/traitor legions is:

Legion: ?Legio Dominatus
Emblem/Icon: Two crossed lightning forks behind a skull
Colors: ?Grey, with various Blue/White lightning motifs (varying between Titans)
Princeps Senioris/Grand Master: Unknown (basically, I've not thought of one!)
Forge World: Fareus Prime
Notes: ?Battle groups deployed in Scarus sector, Eastern Fringe, and other Warzones. ?Recently took part in civil war on Fareus IV, industrial world where Legio undertakes some of its maintenance.
Author: ?Hadleigh Wilks aka firestorm40k

There you go, that's my Legio. ?At present I've got one Warlord with my Iron Hands army, and two Warhounds with my Imperial Guard XXIII Colosian Mechanised army.

In the future, when I've completed all the Epic armies I've got on the go (!) I'd like to expand this to make an AMTL list, with at least one more Warlord and more Warhounds.

In fact, here's a pic of my warlord. ?It's got a mark on it's right leg denoting it's part of the battle group deployed to sectors around the Eye of Terror following Abaddons 13th Black Crusade.

Enjoy! ?:D

Wouldn't the plural be Legio Gladii Ignis since Gladius is the noun?  ???

Firestorm:  Any nickname, or just the Legio name?

Just the Legio name - I hadn't thought of a nick name for them, in fact I didn't realise the Legios could have nick names.  You learn something new everyday!  :;):

Probably, I have never studied Latin. Legio Gladii Ignis it is, then. Thanks!

You're welcome, Mojarn! Glad I could be of service.    I haven't study Latin either, but I have a friend who is a Latin teacher so I've picked up a few things here and there, like how to make the plural for certain words.
