Legion: Legio Gladii Ignis (Fireswords)
Emblem/Icon: Sword with a flaming blade, usually on a black background.
Colors: Red and Gold
Grand Master: Lucius Nihtila
Forge World: Fennica IX
Notes: Has fought many wars against Xenos, particularly Orks and Eldar. Suffered heavy casualties against the infamous Waagh! Juhagzh on Haural III but most of the wrecked Titans were later recovered and repaired after Imperium eventually won the campaign. Strong ties to Death Knights and Winter Lions space marine chapters. The legion includes a rare PSI-titan from Divisio Telepathica as well as a Custodian Titan. The devotional bell of the custodian titan is believed to have been blessed by the Emperor himself at the time of the Great Crusade but there are no official records to verify this.
