I had a chance to leaf through the Codex; I must agree with Tuffskull in that it isn't very impressing. About 2\3 of it was either fluff or images of miniatures (eg. commercials) so unless you're a great fan of GW fluff there isn't much content for you.
The armylists were for Cadians, Mutants and the 13th company. Unfortunately I just leafed through it casually so I don't remember any details.
Summa summarum: I will take a very careful look at the price tag before deciding to add it to my 40k collection.

..it will be ?8 I think, like the other newer codexes... I won't be getting it... at least for a while anyway, until I have 'enough' BFG and indeed Epic....

Yep, it is, look here to see the advance order for it... The GW Online store now has a new look as you will see, still gaps in the Fanatic ranges tho- ie still no Dauntless for BFG...
