Does the Deathguard Plague Tower have chaos space marine crew or is it possessed by a daemon. |

It's a deamon engine so I expect the latter. Or if it is "crewed" its with plague bearers considering the usual nurgling infestations they have. |

If you mean "crew" as in "a giant pulsating mass of cultists fused together and possesed by nurglings, then wired in as the rotten core of the thing" Then yes. |

I belive that within a Plague Tower dwells a Greater Deamon. The Death Guard have nowt to do with the driving/crewing of one,unless they are emabarked along with other Nurgle followers. Culsists, beastmen and monsters use the towers in a similar way as a normal medievil seige tower. the Graeter Deamon is a Plague Towers driving force. I think this fluff was in a very old white dwarf, 120 somthing... |

The overriding question behind it is if the Plague Tower was an independant unit should it be Intitiative 1+ or 2+? |

init 1+ being the space marine crew? go for 2+ it covers the rest of the possibilities. |
