I cannow add another Warlrd (new one) and another Reaver (also new one).
Odd is that alle 3 reavers have the same head (the one who looks more like a SpaceMarine helmet than the flat head).

I believe that the reavers now all come with the same head, unlike in the past when there were two.

Yes but Gargans and Great Gargants seem to have 2 different heads and enough arms for all weapon options.

As for my Legio Nova Ferrum (sp?) it now consists of...

5 Emperor titans
24 warlords (plastic)
8 reavers
6 warhounds

The warhounds, reavers and 12 warlords are painted and mounted.

I worked for GW that gamesday when that was first shown. So before the event opened I just removed the barriers and took some photos. Now if only I had had a better camera! :(

If I recall correctly the blade on that Chaos Powersaw arm rotated on a motor too!

I hate to say it but isn't it slightly big?
Even by GW standards the size to weapons seems a bit off :)

Those Warlords are freakin' HUGE!  :D  I presume they are to scale for 40k. What are they made of? That diorama is really cool. :cool:
