Some additonal tweeks. Per Sotec these are reaching end game:

Eldar Revision 1.8

Special Rules
1) All pulse becomes 2x shot weapons
2) Spirit Stones dropped

Army List
1) 2 Wraithguard 100 points
2) 0-1 Aspect troupes for Beil-tan (175 points for 4 stands with transport option of Wave serpents for 50 points or Falcons at 65 points, and 0-1 exarch for 25 points)
3) Falcon and Fire Prism Troupes dropped
4) Swords of Vaul: 5-6 grav tanks; Falcons for 50
points, Fire Prisms for  65 points, 0-2 Falcons may be replaced by Fire Storms
5) Shields of Vaul: 3 Night Spinners for 175 points. Any Night spinner may be replaced with a Fire Storm.

Units
1) Jetbikes 5+ save
2) Warp Spiders lose scout
3) Wraithguard lose RA but get Save 3+
4) Wave Serpent/Falcon lose Warp Spider transport option
5) Fire Prism's Prism Cannon goes to 60cm AP4+/AT2+ Lance
6) Cobra's Cobra D-cannon loses Ignore Cover
7) Revenant titan Pulsars hit at 4+



Basically Shields now can form into hydra formations, Fire Prism is slightly cheaper and the 800 point notation for the Warlock is right out.

It is worth remembering that Sotec has made this 'endgame' claim before with previous revisions.... :)

I haven't had time to test these yet unfortunately, but I was an advocate for many of these changes based on prior playtesting.
