Spirit Stones should apply to which Skimmers?

Post subject:  Spirit Stones should apply to which Skimmers?
Option 1: (Armoured vehicles - including entirely embarked infantry.)

"Any eldar formation which consists entirely of armoured vehicles (and infantry if these are all currently embarked) removes an extra blast marker whenever it successfully rallies."

So this would mean:
-Falcons and firestorms
-Wave serpents
-Fire Prisms
-Night Spinners

(ie all the falcon hull variants).


Option 2: (Armoured Vehicles, Light Vehicles, War engines).

"Any eldar formation which consists entirely of skimmers, which are also classed as light vehicles, armoured vehicles, or war engines, removes an extra blast marker whenever it successfully rallies."

So this would mean:
-Falcons and Firestorms (though not falcons carrying infantry).
-Fire Prisms
-Nightspinners
-Vypers
-Storm Serpents
-Void Spinners
-Scorpions
-Cobras.


Option 3: (Armoured Vehicles, Light Vehicles).

So this would mean:
-Falcons and Firestorms (though not falcons carrying infantry).

My feeling is coming around to just keeping Spirit Stones the way it is and increasing the point values of Eldar units.

Many complaints about Spirit Stones was that Eldar got them for "free", eg, they were added and the points weren't adjusted in the tail end of playtesting.  Increase the points, and that problem goes away.

By how much... why, 10% of course!   :D

I'm assuming number 2 includes Titans. I'm not convinced that EoV deserves Spirit Stones.

Number 2 only covers vehicles that are skimmers. Titans aren't skimmers.
