No idea if this has already been done, but are there any rules out there for the Phoenix Lords? Checking their background I'd imagine them to be basically super-Eldar if you will, almost what a Primarch would be compared to a normal Space Marine. Thanks in advance! |

Nope. Play them as a Autarch. |

None have been done...So Dave suggestion of using the Autarch is the best option.. |

Yeah that'd be best. If you NEED them to be more than that in a friendly game, fanrule something like an +1 to activate or some CC boost. |

Pretty sure that most of the metal exarch models from the avatar set are meant to be the respective phoenix lords.... |
