Looks good at a glance....

Wraith Seer: I forgot that Iyanden uses that title too. I guess it doesn't matter much as its extra ability cannot be used, but should the Titan really get the EA?

Warlock: Easy fix is to drop the Spirit Stones as a upgrade option. In the my list I took away Inspiring from the base Warlock and then gave the option to bring it back with Spirit Stone, granted with the points in my list made the same Warlock Titan 25 more. Is that good or bad? I don't know. But since your using the regular Titans as a base then Spirit Stone should be dropped so people won't try to take Inspiring twice even tho ability doesn't count double on units. It would just makes things cleaner.

Typos...
YME-LOC: individuals are missing the word 'points' after their points.
1.7.3.1: 'Spirit Seer' is two words in title but one word 'Spiritseer' in notes.

"Once the Avatar has left they may not return."

There is only one Avatar. so that should be "Once the Avatar has left it may not return."

I noticed that the titan pulse weapons (including revenant pulsars) have lost the pulse rule, is this intentional?

No worries!

The pulse rule was removed in the official GW update of 2008 because it encouraged "static play" thusly: to maximize your shots, you had to sustain fire, because missing on the first shot, such as trying a hit-n-run double, or even advance, meant you got no hits at all; it was better to sustain fire and maximise potential hits and this was thought to be a non-Eldar way of fighting.

The rule was dropped and all pulse weapons were given an automatic two shots.

It's a good question!

You might also want to note that the Spirit Stones rule was also dropped, and the Eldar titans picked up the leader ability.

In fact, perusing the 2008 update would be a good idea in general.

Is the Hornet really supposed to be a 40cm move? That would make it the only unit to have that speed, including Vultures/Valks.

Reaver jetbikes also move at that speed. This piece of information doesn't argue for or against the hornet's speed though, just wanted to show off.

Of this I was anaware. If the 40cm wall has already been broken, there's less of an objection, though moving faster than the Vulture, which is really only nominally a skimmer, just seems wrong.

I would think that top speed shouldn't be the primary consideration for unit speed. 35cm is pretty slow as it is (with 15 minute turns and 30cm = 1 km, it's around 14km/h when marching), so I'd think that maneuverability should determine the speed stat. That is, reavers are 40cm speed because they can maintain higher speed than other stuff while hugging the ground and dodging trees, not because they're really faster.

Are hornets more maneuverable than bikes or vypers?

Oh crapamahoya (yes, that's a technical term) I just remembered that Hornets have Star Engines as standard, making their top speed 33% faster than other standard Eldar Vehicles. Consider my comments withdrawn.

The Vampire Raider lists Autarch as carriable, but not Exarch. Does that mean Exarchs (and others like Spirit Seers) by default can't?
