Isn't the Warp Hunter an old epic tank that was turned into the Cobra?

That it was. But as usual, FW wants to make a cool model, and does it.

Yep, but IIRC the original model was much smaller than the current Engines of Vaul, so FW probably thought they had some latitude.

That thing is sexy. Must resist pretty 40k toys...

The Warp Hunter is now a Falcon-sized vehicle armed with a D-Cannon. :D

BL:

Would it be worth giving the Shadow Spectres the Tau Jetpack rule, rather than the standard Jump Pack rule; They're the only Eldar (Or indeed, any model in any army) outside of the Tau to use it in 40k.

That looks spot on for the Warp Hunter, BL.

Also, again the Shadow Spectres: Normally only AP1 weapons get MW status in Epic, so the Ghostlight weapon would probably just be an AT Lance shot instead.

@E&C: I had the same thought but Eldar already have Hit-and-Run.
But good call on the Shadow Spectres. They now have AT2+ Lance and a better FF value.

Now let's see if we can make them balance against the other Aspect Warriors. :-)

Isn't AT2+ (Lance) a bit overkill for a manually carried weapon?

They're allowed to meld their shots together as one, but even so it's pretty overpowered!

AT3+ (lance)? and are we thinking 3 to a base or 5?
