Just a minor detail, but most probably a chance of rules disagreement... (has they FF? Is it lance? etc. etc.). I do not know 40k fluff enough to propose anything, but my best guess would be
'shuriken catapuls 15cm small arms'
If a unit has a fire fight value, it's implied that they have some kind of small arms attack, even if it's not listed in their weapon section.
The same applied for close combat attacks, if you've got a value, you can make attacks; not that most tanks don't have any kind of assault weapon listed, even if it would tend to be treads/overrun.
Unless they grant a special ability, small arms/assault weapons are generally only listed for "completeness" and have no actual effect on the game.
In 40k, Shining Spears do have twin-linked shuriken catapults on their bikes.
