It includes, as far as I can tell, all the tailored and discussed stats we've done so far.
Some major points of note:
New Units/renames:
Perditor
Vessel of Pain
Reaper Assault Module
Dropped & Added:
- Dropped Hidden Deployment[use Teleport as normal]
- Added Shadowfields

Thanks, Xisor. That was a lot of work to go through 13 pages of thread and pull out all that!
I have gone through, cleaned up the spelling and grammatical errors, and re-posted for the anally retentive people out here (like me).
