The next codex to come out for 40K is the Dark Eldar. By all reliable reports it is finished and at the printers. The new list is rumoured to have new armor as well as new troop types. Should the Epic list be put on hold until we can read the new fluff and see the new models?

Well the Dark Eldar list is on hold. It's been finished for several years.

Maybe "restarted" is more what you mean?

I think he was refering to raiders 2.0.

Probably better to do a variant list a la Jormungder, then tear apart a fully balanced list due to the DE rumors in 40k.
