Hi!

As CS asked opinions about changing the Hero missile salvo from 4 to 6, Here is a thread concerning this ship.

My opinions :
dont make the missile salvo an upgrade but instead
  - give it 1 pin-point attack only
  - give it 1 salvo of tracer missiles ( 4,6 or 8 missiles?)

I came to this conclusion because it is IMHO a bit too much today. Yes you lose 150 points if your opponent has no WE, but in the other cases, even with a single super heavy tank in the opponent army, you'll kill more than what it costed.
And your opponent can't kill it...

Out of interest can that salvo of missiles hit anything on the board - not just WE (marked or unmarked?).

Oh and its still not as grim as the eldar dragonship  - 300 points, turn 1, 8bp orbital barrage.

Actually its partially better than the dragonship, that costs 300 points for 2 pin point attacks, the hero is 150.

In light of the suggestions I'd wager that the Hero should stay exactly as is. It matches the BFG ship, and that is of primary importance IMO.

However, I'd also suggest that the cost should go up if it is strongly agreed with thurse that it's too good.

You can only target non-WE formations if the target is marked. Otherwise you can only target WE.
