Just a few additional issues which need clearing up, but which should not raise too many problems (famous last words!).

1. Upgrades. I would like to slightly change the upgrades, to give them more focus. I suggest:

Fire Warrior Cadre - All, except Supreme Commander and Networked Drones

Battlesuit Cadre - All, except Networked Drones

Other upgrades remain as in version 4.3.3. I dont think that this changes much, just restricts the use of Shas'El (leader) in the same formation as Networked Drones.

2. Currently, the Hero's Tracers are 4xMW6+(Guided). There is a proposition to increase this to 6xMW6+(Guided).

Comments?

3. Manta transport. It currentl reads:

Transport (may carry 16 of the following units: Fire Warriors, Pathfinders, Stealth, Gun Drones, Heavy Drones, Crisis, Broadsides; Crisis and Broadsides take up two spaces each; additionally, up to four of the following vehicles may be carried as well: Devilfish, Hammerhead, Swordfish, Skyray, Stingray, Piranha, Tetra)

The proposition is that this is changed to:

Transport (may carry 16 of the following units: Fire Warriors, Pathfinders, Stealth, Gun Drones, Heavy Drones, Crisis, Broadsides, ?Piranha, Tetra; Crisis, Broadsides, Piranha and Tetra take up two spaces each. Additionally, up to four of the following vehicles may be carried as well: Devilfish, Hammerhead, Swordfish, Skyray, Stingray)

Not sure how well Tetras and Piranhas would fit in the main transport hold, they are both bigger than your average battlesuit (or at least more awkward to fit in a non-AV bay)

Perhaps the following could work:

Transport (may carry 16 of the following units: Fire Warriors, Pathfinders, Stealth, Gun Drones, Heavy Drones, Crisis, Broadsides; Crisis and Broadsides take up two spaces each. In addition, the Manta has 4 vehicle mounts in its lower deck; each mount may carry 3 Tetras, 2 Piranhas, or 1 Devilfish, Hammerhead, Swordfish, Skyray or Stingray.)

How is thais?

Guess network drones will not extend to any other formations then. :/

That's unfortunate. I thought we were simply trying it on AMHC to see if it worked then extending it out to other formations where appropriate.

Only having it available on AMHC does not solve the BM management issues for Tau, it just addresses one formation.

I thought at least the stingrays, Scorpionfish, and HH contingent would have an option for it. i.e. the main armor in the list.

If not - no biggy, but we'll just have the same BM management issues and encourage AMHC since its the only one that has the option. Not ideal... but...

4x for 50 points didn't make sense, at least you'll get two hits on marked targets and 1 hit on unmarked this way. works for me.

Re network drones you can do the above to get the next version out, saving it for testing then, or stick it in now and see what happens.

...or we could say we've done that, now on to a few more tests for v4... after all, that's what its for - the next tests.

All three changes work for me.
