I think that I will need more Tau minis: SG News There will now be a short interlude while I gather myself together and work out a plan of action, as well as beginning the extremely daunting process of getting as knowledgable about recent developments and discussion as I possibly can. I will be relying heavily on the fine people of the Epic Tau Development Group, but I am really looking forward to this. Thanks. PS: I forgot to mention, that I am Iain!

Congrats, CS.... I think. ?Seriously though, I think it's safe to say that the Tau are in good hands. Perhaps you can work out a deal with FW to get Tau minis at a lower price. EDIT: I just noticed that I've been promoted! Yay!  |

Congrats Iain/CS  Say goodbye to your disposable income!Be warned, there is a lot going on with the discussion of the Tau list at the moment so I think your first port of call should be to talk to Tactica as he has been driving the development of late and has just updated the list to reflect current thinking. As army champ I think our most urgent need is some idea of deadlines from you and an update of the current state of thinking wthin SG regarding the future of Tau in Epic (altough I appreciate this will be like getting blood from a stone  )Welcome to the greater good! CS, Well done and hats off to you Sir. The E:A Tau finally have a motivated and official new champion. This is a 'good' day.  Congratulations on the new role and responsibility CS. I'm sure you'll do the fans and the list justice. I'm looking forward to supporting the Tau develoment effort in any way you see fit. As you know, I have created the following: 1) WIP v4.2.x Development/playtest questions word file 2) MS excell spreadsheet of the WIP v4.2.4 list for editting & formatting 3) Current WIP 4.2.4.pdf file for public consumption If you desire some and/or all of them. Thanks guys, I appreciate the support. My disposable income took a hit earlier today, as I realised that I have an excellent excuse to request reinforcements... so some more Fire Warriors and Hammerheads are on the way! My first task will be to organise myself right now, and collate and create some notes on the force at its current state, picking up from the excellent work by Tactica assembling updates. I will then set up a few threads to consolidate the list as it is so far, with a view to getting a next version up and running to jump on development from. I may be a little quiet on the Tau front for a couple of days as I organise. Thanks, this should be fun! |
