For reference I've created an archive of all the Tau lists I have (I'm a compulsive hoarder of this kind of thing).  If anyone has copies of anything I'm missing please drop me a copy and I'll post it.

I like the last comment in the FW Taros list. The one where you mention why FW changed unit sizes to match the packs they sold.

I think this is an important issue.

In the Tau fleet for BFG you see the following:
Custodian has 3 grav hooks to carry Wardens (SG CPF list/forum list/don't know about IA3)
Wardens are sold in packs of 4.

The Emissary gets 2 grav hooks in the forum CPF list. Now this is good, Emissaries are sold in a pack 2, this gives you 4 grav hooks. Thus 1 Emissary pack & 1 Warden pack match up nicely.
Where as in the case of the Custodian this isn't.

But the Emissary and Warden were out long before word of the Custodian ever came about...

They'd probably want you to buy 2 Custodians, anyway! (Nothing wrong with that, of course!)
