Its a Kraken from Reaper Miniatures CAV line.
The CAV line is in 10mm Scale.
I had a look at it and it definitely looks like something that could pass for a Barracuda.
However there is a lot of talk of scale in the thread. It seems most are arguing for truescale 4", instead of Epic scale which would probably be closer to 1½"-2".
It looks like it is part of the
CAV: Strike Operations kickstarter.
