hi wise folk

1 can a suppressed unit mark targets
2 do tau aircraft making a ground attack get the +1 for shooting at marked targets

1. Yes, the only time they can't mark targets is when marching or broken.
2. Yes they receive a +1 to hit when shooting at marked formations on the ground.
