Just received some Skyrays, a pair of AX10, and an Orca. I now have a full Aeronautica Imperialis force, though I could use another Orca or two...
Now all I need to get is a Manta, and a few other bits and bobs. In the mean time I will be using the Custodian I obtained over the weekend as my Manta stand-in.
Also got a small 1500 point game in against Imperial Guard. I was demoing the system to some people, hence the small forces.
I used a Firewarrior Cadre, Crisis Suit Cadre, Hammerhead Cadre and some Broadsides. The Guard had a Regimental HQ, Infantry Company, Leman Russ Company and some Sentinels. It was a downhill slide when I took out his entire Regimental HQ who were still in the Chimeras. Bad luck. He may have had me with the Leman Russ Company, but thank god for Broadsides as they ended up taking out half the company, and the remainder were broken.
Tau are nasty at smaller points levels.

I actually put the forces together, and that Russ Company almost won the game for him. The fact that I won Strategy every round and my stellar dice rolls.
