I think they need to be a 4 unit formation for the Tigershark option. If you choose drones you do so fully understanding they are a weaker formation numbers-wise. So they shouldn't go up to a 6 unit formation IMO.
Tigersharks carrying 4 units is an Epic construct. Though does mean with current stats you can attack and crossfire a ground unit using a squadron of two tigersharks and two formations of drones
It is a small change to have them carry three each (though of course I'd like to see a few changes to Tigersharks along with the other aircraft!).
