Hi, nice list - if i had imp. titans id love to try it out.
Just a thing, The Psi-lance, its basically a full copy-paste from the Warlock Titans Pshycic Lance. I have two concerns regarding this:
1)does the stale imperium really have the resourses to match the Eldar? imo (buts its very biased) the eldar should have the best of this kind of tech/equip
2) its no fun - try finding something unique instead, infused by the spirit of the Emeror.

The Divisio Telepathica Psi-Titans are not a part of the GT list, so you could see them only in scenarios anyway.
And they ARE high-tech, but very rare. The Eldar can probably field more Warlock Titans than the Imperium Psi-Titans.
