So the Warmonger is able to equip itself with a combination of any eight support missile warheads. When do you declare your choices?

Personally I think it would be on the army list as picking at the beginning of the game based on what you see across the board seems a bit wrong, what do you guys think? :sos

i agree, it should say on the list that is written down.
