I'm thinking of using one of the Lysander spotter plane/landing pad "weapons" on one of my Nova Guard titans. Does anyone have any good advice for making/acquiring one? At the moment I'm thinking I might use a penny for the pad itself with some scratchbuilt edging, not sure what to do about the fighter. |

I think Vaaish is working on one for an Ordinatus just now, should be worth a look when it's done. |

That's what I'm waiting to see. I had thoughts of flipping a 25mm round base over and capping it with textured plasticard, but I'm guessing that would look like just what it is ![]() |

sorry guys, nothing really groundbreaking. I was planning on building up something that looked about like the FW aeronotica large landing pad with a support understructure and small fighter similar to the lysander. http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Aeronautica ... G-PAD.html there will be some adjustments since it needs to be smaller and doesn't need to have the ramp on the side, but it'll be very similar. |

Mine is built from plasticard - thick card for the platform, and thinner pieces for railings: It's glued in place, but I think it could be magnetized fairly easily. |
