I've only had a quick skim though.

I like your two types or ordinatus (has someone read dark apostle?)

Also I'm glad I'm not the only guy who wants a Ryzaesque tech guard.  Armed to the vox boxes with plasma weapons.

I might also recommend dropping the Cataphract Platoon. Really the primary tank-ish roles in the list should be filled by the titans, and they certainly have the weapons to do it in your version. If you're intent on leaving them there you could probably drop them to 5 strong and 325 points (maybe 300 points to assume that the 'free' commissar they regularly get is built into their 65 point cost. But not cheaper then that).

Some interesting tidbits about titan weapons as they first appered in WD:

These missiles where called Light Support Missiles and could be carried on Carapace and Arm:

The Harpoon Missile originally locked into the target and dealt out 1D3 hits each turn from random produced electrical surges  (instead of turning control of the WE to the other player as it does innewer versions).

The Warp Missile was called Demolisher Missile and had a adamantium tip to carve through the targets armour before the melta warhead detonates. It caused 1D3 critical hits on impact. But against targets with Void or Power Shields it inflicts only one hit.

The Barrage Missile was delevoped for titan by the Divisio Investigatus as a means to depleting Void Shields. Targets under the Barrage Template suffered 1D6 hits. Infantry and Vehicles suffer hits as usual for a BP weapon.

The Deathstike Cannon was just a general Macro Cannon (= Quake Cannon) which could be added for a points cost.

Fire Control Tower and Fire Control Platform increased the weapon grade of all the titans weapons.

The Carapace Landing Pad enabled the Titan to transport 2 Land Speeder, 2 Jetbikes OR 4 Infantry units (preferably Jumpack equipped ones)

The Corvus Assault Pod transported 4 Infantry units and had a two Heavy Bolters attached.

The Corvus Assault Head could transport 4 Infantry units too but had no shooting attack.

All Titan  Heads where upgrades which costs additional points. CC-Heads where the cheapest (and give +1 attack) Weapon-Heads in mid range (and give 1 or  2 small weapon mounts for small weapons like Heavy Bolters, etc) and Command Heads the most expensive ones.

That harpoon missile sounds interesting... doing 1D3 hits at the start of each turn perhaps, which could be saved, but if the target fails its save...

It is a special rule however.

I'm okay with adding some special rules as long as they're appropriately cool. For the Harpoon perhaps something like AT 3+ "If the Harpoon hits a non-war engine resolve the hit as normal. However, if the hit lands against a non-shielded War Engine, it suffers no immediate damage. Instead, during the end-phase of each turn roll a D3, the War Engine suffers that many hits as the electrical energies pulse and writhe potentially causing damage to its controls and super-structure. Armor saves apply to these hits as normal, however any 'shield' saves may not be applied as the attack originates from within those defenses". You could perhaps roll all of the 'special missiles' into one special rule which addresses each. I don't see the addition being particularly detrimental as it only applies to a few specific weapons and isn't an army-wide blanket rule (Which I consider to be more potentially problematic then single-unit special rules in general).

If there was a special rule set adopted for the missiles, I'd love to see Vortex missiles make a proper comeback, even if the rule was only 'Once fired, the BP template stays on the table until the rest of the game'

For the Vortex Missile perhaps making it BP 3 TK(1), with the special rule being "resolve all Vortex Missile attacks as normal, however the template remains in play at the point where it landed and acts as Dangerous Terrain to all unit types for the remainder of the game."?

I'd like to see that, too.

What kind of "missile specific" special rule would you be looking at?

Trident Missile: The D3 hits per turn sounds interesting. Perhaps D3+1.

Vortex Missile: Some kind of 'template stays on the board / maybe moves in a random direction in later turns' rule.

Those would be specific to the missiles... I thought you meant some kind of over-arcing "Missile Rule".

Well, they'd be covered in a specific 'missiles' boxout, which would also detail how the warp missile works as regards eldar shields.

Trident Missile? You mean Harpoon Missile? :)

The Trident is shot at enemy warengines and hit on a 4+. Void and Power Shields don't protect because the Trident is to slow. If it hit an other Titan and inflicted damage the Titan and its target roll 1D6 and modify the result on a chart dependend what  kind of Titan was hit. The Titan wis the lowest score is dragged over and crashes to the ground. On a draw the chain which links the Trident to the Titan snaps and can't be used again.

In Codex Titasnicus the Trudent was changed. Here both Titans roll 2D6 and added thei close assault factor (+1D5 for the Titan using the Trident if he is on first fire order = Sustain). If the attaking Titan scores higher the gripped location is ripped off and vehicles are destroyed. On a drar the Trident looses its grip and no damage is inflicted but the Trident canbe used again next turn. If the target wins, the chains breaks.

Before embarking on a fascinating round of what weapon combo and stats do what check out all the old discussions and bat reps etc on the old forum (what was by far the busiest on the old forum) and probably on Tac Com as well. The search function still works as well. Otherwise you'll playtest for a year and discover lots of the stuff that was discovered last time round.

On a different note with all this Plasma how do you fancy coming from Ryza?

No info on emblem, colors, or Grand Master Princeps in any official source.
