I am hoping to do a couple of 3K playtests this Sunday if opponents agree.

Any advice on what I should put in a 3K list (examples would be helpful) and what amendments I should use?

Not sure I understand these meiotic spores though?? Like how do they deploy/move/die if they can at all?
