I get the impression that Doc Brown would be damned good at race car driving, until he got distracted, hit the wrong switch, and ended up racing dinosaurs.

That sounds like the ill-fated cartoon show of the same series.

I heard some god-awful rumour they were gonna make BTF 4 with Michael J as the Doc.  Worst idea ever.

As it is I reckon it's probably one of the best trilogies ever.  Like, ever!

***Thread jacking ceases.***

EDIT: you say not currently commercially available miniatures...does that mean at one point they will be? Nudge nudge, wink wink? I've loved Nids for ages and would love some current-gen models...

I think at zee moment, all minitures are considered possible until ze boz is opened.

Zen ze waveform collapses, and you vill know vich (if any) army vill emerge.

In other words, more and more people are experimenting

Ah, the old Schrödinger's modelling range conundrum.

Guess he never accounted for the cat having disappeared altogether, even when the cat specifically assured the good doctor that he wouldn't be disappearing at any time in the near future.  Luckily he allowed himself to be copied so that future generations would continue to be able to 'play-out' this conundrum using similarly designed equipment and with a complete set of lab notes which were easily modifiable to suit the changing needs of the community.

This may be a metaphor too far.

I wonder whether Niche would think Schrodinger's cat would be dead?

Sorry I missed this ; I do hope that the models pictured in the document will become available in time.

Updated the list proposal to match the Biovores & Zoanthropes stats to the size of the models (ie: with properly scaled models they become small enough to be infantry).

I bet you will update your Leviathan list next year?  :))

My proposed list is supposed to represent the modern image of the Tyranids, so that'd be fairly likely yeah.

Maybe we'll be seeing the return of Haruspex and Malefactors in some form if there's models that dwarf a Carnifex!  *laugh*

Think that might be referring to the new plastic Trygon.

I suspect that's referring to the Carnifex too.

Also heard a rumour about the Harridan popping up in plastic.

You never know, they may mount an Exocrine cannon or Dactylis launchers (Twin Biovore) to a fex.

I think a modern Haruspex/Malefactor would look like a (small) Trygon. I can't see rules for weapon options on a Trygon like big claws (nick fexes) or short rapid fire weapons though.

The question for E&C and Chroma is what your procedure for epic list changes due to an updated 40k codex? Particularly if some of the rumoured new species don't exist in epic.
