I also think Hierophants are too cheap and too fast.
2. Dominatrix spawn speed is a tad high. 2d3+2 is huge amount (4-8). Make it at least 2d3+1 (3-7) or perhaps d3+3 (4-6) would be better. This would make it hard to spawn a Hierodule back without spore or >30cm range.
