I've never heard anyone from ForgeWorld say that everything they produce would be in both scales.
I have heard direct from them that they wanted to produce more Epic Titan-Class Tyranids (Hierodules (multiple) were mentioned specifically), but there's no point while there's no SG supporting range.
I'm not counting on anything other than the bio-titans being produced (Knowing a little about the economics of FW, anything else is highly unlikely).
But when the Tyranids are released by FW, we will have models of both types of Hierodules.....
