Sort of.  The old ones were a lot fatter and slug-like.  Maybe "Jabba the Hut" would be a better comparison than "slug" but definitely not snake-like.

An Exocrine would be more like a Barbed Hierodule/Carnifex mix.


Why?  Is that from some official source?

To me they always appeared as fast slithering snake-like critters :)
Exocrine/Malefactor/Haruspex/Dactylis where the slow creeping slugs for me :)

Why my suggestion? Bio-Cannons are allways "hand"-biomorphs.

Only the Scythed Hierodules Acid-Spray and the Biovores Sporemine-Launcher are on the creatures back (talking most-recent miniatures here not taking into account old Epic miniatures).
