This 2003 Epic Painting Competition will get underway from Monday 14 July.

This post is where you can enter for the Open Category. ?Simply reply to this topic with your details and add your pic(s) and ?as an attachment to your post. ?

Every few days, new attachmets will be added to the competition gallery (yet to be built) so that all entries in this category can be viewed together and hosted at a single site.

All entries must be posted here by 2359, 31 OCT 2003, and voting wil commence from 1 November

OK its looking a bit Spartan in here so I thought I'd make an entry...a Titan Legio detachment!!!

Again, this entry is on behalf of my friend Bevan who painted these beasts to match one another and did such a wonderful job (especially with all the banners and the like). ?The Legio detatchment is comprised of a Mk 1 Warlord, a Mk 1 Reaver and a pair of trusty old style Warhounds.

As usual, pic size and resolution has been reduced to fit the 57k limit. ?Better pics are available if needed

This overly modeled bunch is my space marine supreme commander, his bodyguard and their ride.

Here is my entry

Ork Landing Craft on Armageddon

These craft were used extensively in beach assaults during the Armageddon campaign. They carried at least a hundred orks each, some had dreadnoughts and some had buggies in them. Larger versions also carried battlewagons.

The current extent of my Adeptus Mechanicus titan force - a Warhound Detachment and a Reaver.

This is an Adeptus Mechanicus Cataphract unit (E40k, Firepower Mag..).

At one point I was put on the spot to determine who built the STC units. The color scheme you see here is the result... The lead Knight and the Castellan are entered separately in the Unit thread.
