Ratty where is that skull from on your rather impressive objective marker?
Damn, where did all my painting time go? I only have one entry anywhere near being finished and i started that for last years comp lol

yeah, that sounds right. I've got a big box of every skeleton bit I could find for my mortifactors.
BTW don't you think that it's wierd that Skeletons have skulls on their shields... Wouldn't they just use the shields they had in life? Where do they get them from, the foundaries of Hell?_________________ My Photobucket

Well it's a very cool idea nevertheless. The soft rounded shapes are very Tau'ish.

Well i didn't manage to finish the projects I had in mind. One was a crashed Thunderbolt objective marker the other my Chaos Decimator. Instead i entered a couple of other projects which has been finished recently. I know it's not very original.... sorry

We saw online, that there is a Tau Font (need to download it !) and in an old G/W US Troll (I have!) they show the Tau alphabet ! In time I may (?) add Tau to my alien language skills ... along with Klingon ... ofcourse !

Well i only managed to finish off the Deathwing (i actually started them for last years comp ) i'll get some more pics of them up when i get a chance to take some more photos.

Bloody hell, talk about last minute, wasn't sure I was going to get them finished in the end!
A quick in progress bare shot for you before I go to bed, showing in a little more detail how much work went into these models (my mind started turning to mush after applying about the 40th piece of .75mm strip for detailing!)  ...see below.
Best of luck to all the entrants this year, there are some cracking entries in all the catagories, well done everyone!
