Lextar: I believe prizes were kindly donated by EW/DRM, in return for seperate catagories to promote the ranges.

I don't see any proble with it. Actually I had a converted EW Hoplon as part of my Soviet themed IG force in last year's battleforce category, and my Marine scouts in the single model category has an EW Shadow Knight mixed in.

I guess the main thing is that the Battleforce entry is mainly centered around the 40k universe while the DRM and EW categories can be themed to the respective universes (if you want to). Dunno the "official" rules in that regard, but this is my take on it anyway :)

Ah... ok, didn't know that. I suppose they're trying to promote their products which is understandable.

The EW prizes were from EW themselves, the DRM ones from a stockist.
Just for info.

Just one observation, only three entries for Exodus War and Seeds of War... I think we had something similiar last year where we had a category with only a few entries. Probably something to think about for next years

I'd definitely be keen on these categories in future years.  I bought a house in the middle of this years Epicomp so I didn't enter anything.  I hope to enter quite a few categories next year.
