This is what John told me: 25mms to top rim, Approx. 40mms long horn to tail.

Thanks both! They're sizeable but I think I will go with using them as Junkatrukks.

They should be considered true scale regular squiggoths as opposed to gargantuan squiggoths.

The original models were stupidly small with the exception of FW's excellent resin model which was actually scaled with the infantry figures.

To be fair, it’s more an issue with the Epic Armageddon Feral Ork list retroactively adding a (massive!) transport capacity to a unit that didn’t have it in previous editions, than an issue with the models.

I have a cunning plan for my army. Most people use the forge world ork Gargantuan Squiggoth to count as an Orkeosaurus but I'm just going to use this (and other similar sized conversions) for regular Squiggoths. In the 40k rules the Gargantuan Squiggoth below only has a transport capacity of 20, which matches the Epic Squiggoth stat line.

I'll then heavily convert the smaller of the two 40k Squiggoth models as an actual Orkeosaurus for the army. It'll be sizeable on a 120mm long base but still a reasonable size compared to my Adeptus Titanicus Reaver that has the same DC.

That sounds like a great plan.

Hi,

Quick question - Didnt Skinnerz have a singleseated helicopter-model at one point?
Any plans on something like that available again? :)

Yes the old model needed updating so I took it out of circulation.

A new version will follow at some point.

LOL,

I came here to ask this very question. I have some kopterz but after not seeing them on vanguards website i began questioning if i had remembered incorrectly about who made them. Hopefully they will return as mine have been shot down too many times and repairs can only do so much. :sos

Rather sad I never got a (literal) couple. Looking forward to a new version in the future
