The skinnerz look a bit funny (they always looked a bit... constipated). The humies look very good though! With those tight leggings they look like the charming original guards from the good ole days... ![]() |

Markconz, thanks for the blog write up/review dude and i'm glad to see they arrived safely. By the way I will be selling these in store once all the pledges have been shipped and the metal upgrades should be available separately too. Looking forward to seeing paint oh and i've just posted my own humble efforts on a few I did sometime ago in my own thread if people want to see some in colour. Cheers |

Nice blog. I too thought the humans were better than i was expecting. Feels like the whole thing was so near and yet so far. Chunkier humans would've convinced me to get a full regiment (already got more orks than i know what to do with). p.s. How did you remove the humans from the sprue, scalpel? Hot cheese wire? |

Cheers Adam, I just removed the humans with plastic sprue cutter! I wiggled some to see how strong they are, but not with enough force to break them. Kind of similar to first edition plastic orks and eldar I think. Agreed shame they were not chunkier, proportions too realistic for 6mm! |

heh, yes those eldar legs just like the DiD dudes. still, i think the award for most fragile epic part has to go to the adeptus titanicus banner poles? |

Hi John, are you putting these up for sale anytime soon? Question just asked on my blog as to why they are not for sale on Vanguard site? Also I note this one plastics blog post has had about 1000 page views, which places it second after my Shapeways Deathbots post (>2000 views) in terms of number of views. Most 6mm sci fi product posts get <500 views on my blog. |

Hi yes the plastics will be up for sale soon i'm considering how to market them and i'm thinking that batches of three and six frames would be best. Should I include bases or not with these? |

adam77 wrote: still, i think the award for most fragile epic part has to go to the adeptus titanicus banner poles? Nah, do long as we're counting Forge World that'd be the Eldar Fire Storm. Stupidly thin and long guns. I've been careful with mine but every one I have came broken or else is probably impossible to ever bend back to straight. |

Cheers, I would make bases optional, but make it clear (bold text or something) that bases are supplied separately as you recognise that not everyone wants the round bases. |
