ORDERING ENABLED

We are now open for business once more, I thank you all for your patience.

Note that from week commencing 8th July ordering will be disabled on Mondays and Tuesdays each week until further notice. Due to an increased volume of orders and various other factors I need to have a few days each week clear to catch up on order packing/shipping and stock replenishment activities.

I hope this will not be to much of an inconvenience for everyone but it is a necessary action I need to take in order to run the business more smoothly, at least until I can perhaps afford to hire an assistant.

Stay safe people regards John

SERVER MOVE AND ORDERING

The move to the new server is complete and the website is live once more.

Ordering will be enabled again later today if possible or tomorrow morning if not. With the website being down due to the server move I require a little more time to update new release entries and update stock levels, also I still have to complete outstanding orders from last week.

I am continuing to replenish stock as items come in, this means that for the short to mid term at least the stock situation will remain fluid, but I am doing my best to keep as many items as possible in stock and have submitted large re-stock orders with my UK suppliers.

You may need to restart your computer and hub to refresh all links.

My IT guy has been ironing out issues today and now has it running fine on all browser as far as we are aware.

Some system however can take up to 48 hours to update links.

Hi, I just cleared my history, chache, and cookies, and restarted my computer. I then went onto the vanguard site, and was still unable to make an order. Is ordering disabled still? I want to start on that order I PM'd you about.

Can you PM me when thigs are okay for ordering?

Yes ordering is still off for this morning, see my front page message. Should be back on around midday today if there are no more website glitches to iron out.

ORDERING

I will be enabling ordering again around UK lunch time today, due to there being some glitches with the server move I want to make sure things have settled down before switching ordering back on again.

Please let me know if you are experiencing any issues cheers John

My problem is trying to work out whether you are 10 hours behind, or 11 hours behind the eastern coast of Australia. If it is Daylight savings time then NSW is on Juliet time zone or Kilo Time zone.

It will probably it be back up about the time I am already in bed. I will try to make the order tomorrow afternoon (my time), should will be about 4am or 5 am your time.

With the AM of the Guard lists pulling me back on every thing I try to make the Elysians more balanced, flexable and fun, yet try to stay within both the theme and rules of the list and making upgrades to it, I am not sure if the ground based AA unit will even be allowed. I have to put it to a vote, but then again, the AM has final say. I am not sure why I was asked to take this on of the AM wanted to run the show and control what goes into it.

Either way I wanted to give the list a personality, and be able to perform somewhere about mid tier in the tournaments tables. I the Teleport was the problem and that got solved early on. So until the ground based AA gets sorted out hold off on that 20mm/30mm AAgun.

now have to try and work out how to make a poll topic.

Deb I personally think your towed flak idea was a good thematic idea for the Elysians, the issue is the game and the tournament scene in general not the idea.

I will be creating new flak units for the Dominion gaming universe airborne forces which will have towed flak and a flak turret for the heavy buggy, I'm not going to restrict my model range to one rule set and never have done. At the end of the day as a business I need to expand beyond EA and for that matter the other epic rule sets into doing my own thing. This is why you will occasionally see me releasing unrelated models from time to time. At the end of the day development of the defeat in detail gaming universe should be my focus.
