The Tainted specialists are very characterful! It's just a pity that autocannons and lascannons look pretty much the same  The Wheel is also rather magnificent! I wonder how the physics works? (Out of idle curiosity )

I was meaning more that there's only one long-barrelled weapon in there (whereas GW Chaos marines, for example, have both the lascannon and autocannon). If there were two long-barrelled guns, I think a shoulder mount would differentiate them well. With this weapon set, I suppose one would use a 'plasma autocannon'. Though I do think @jimmyzimms's suggestion of a battery pack is a good one to make the lascannon more distinctive on its own. I quite like the hip-grip because you don't see many lascannons held that way! (I wonder at the practicality, but surely powered armour increases aiming stability...). |

You can't see it well in this pic, but there's a chunky cylindrical battery under the body of the gun housing. |
