Question: is there any chance of the Beast class superheavies and Droghur shuttle being updated to bring them in-line with the print quality of your recent releases / perhaps resin? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Hi, I have never considered the quality of these kits as below par so have never considered it. What issues do you have with them? Redoing the shuttle in resin for easier mounting on a flight stand may be an idea mind, it is very heavy. |

Actually, just rehecked my Beast superheavies, they are fine. The Droghur is not smooth, and some of the detail is obscured. I got mine pre-Vanguard, so perhaps quality has improved since then? Your other point about weight is spot on. It's a hefty lump, which makes it difficult to mount on a flight stand, especially with magnets. Attachment:

That does look pretty rough, the print lines really show up on that casting. I'm sure later castings are better than that. I may consider an update and resin recast at some point. |

Cool. I doubt I'll paint the model I photographed, even though I really like the design. |

Could always use it as a crash ship objective marker for the orks. |

I'm going to have mine permanently grounded, just like how I plan on doing my SM Landing Craft. It's too heavy to put on a stand I think. |

I would buy 1-2 resin versions. moredakka wrote: Could always use it as a crash ship objective marker for the orks. I might keep it by the front door in case any cold callers knock |

Today we have the new 6-8mm Skinners leaders in heavy armour set released. The set contains two engineers, a standard bearer and medic as well as the variously armed leaders themselves. https://vanguardminiatures.co.uk/shop/s ... vy-armour/
