OK,

So the two player sets indicate that they give the printed rule book for free. So it seems that if you go for the single player set you don't get the printed rules for free, but you get a tank for free at 48quid.

Interesting. I think I'm going to stick with choosing my models and paying extra for the rules, but I did find that a little unusual(not bad, just unusual that the free things are so different).

That's it, the fact is the tanks cost as much to make as it does to print a book, in fact slighty more, we are just trying to create as many options as possible to fit different requirements, its never perfect

It's been an interesting weekend on the Kickstarter, which on Saturday was looking a bit moribund, and had been sliding inexorably backwards, but then on Saturday evening it took off like a rocket with an influx of new backers. We're almost on £30k now and all the Recon platoons are unlocked and the first of the Air Superiority platoons. Just £5k and bit more, and we'll be able to release everything we planned for this Kickstarter.

So to recap, we've unlocked Sandrunners and Dune Raiders (Legionaries mounted on mutant camel beasts and quad bikers) for the Junkers, Saurian Riders and Jaguar Strike Craft (Colonial Marines mounted on dinosaurs, and hovercraft) for the Viridians, HK Scouts and Heavy platoons for the Syntha (grav bikes), and for VASA we have Archangels and Viper Wings (light jump troops and bike squadrons). All these Recon platoons have a special rule that allows them to be kept off the play area during deployment and come on at a flank in a subsequent turn. In addition to the Recon platoons, we've unlocked the first of the Air Superiority platoons, in the form of the Viridian Mustang Fighters.

And if we go beyond £35k? What then? Well, don't worry, next in the pipeline will be Allied forces in the form of Gladiators for the Junkers, Saurian Federated States for the Viridians, Prosthenes for the Syntha, and Triads for VASA. Each set will feature an elite infantry or mounted infantry platoon, and a heavy platoon (won't say too much yet, but fans of big robots are going to be happy).

@Azazel, you'll need to buy the £1 pledge and then add whatever you want to buy, so £1 plus £6 for the saurians, just ask if you need anything else

Are there any size comparison pictures of the infantry figures with other 6mm companies figures?
I've been wanting to back the kickstarter but rumors that the infantry is closer to 10mm has kept me back so far.

One more question, if I choose the £ 48,00 pledge can I then fill that out with single base add ons or do I have to take the £ 1 pledge and just add on to That?

I play mainly 6mm skirmish these days so Im looking to get about £ 48 to £ 50 of viridian, syntha and vasa minis to play me some 6mm CLAU tactics solo games.

Just take the £48 and ad whatever you want to that, no need to take any other pledge mate. Oddly you're not the first one to suggest Inf and CLAU battles ;-) All the best
