Dropships w/Mechanized Infantry

Based on the latest AdMech and IG books, Would a Mechanized Infantry Company count as a single infantry Company (20 pts) or An infantry company and a Armour company (50 pts)?

That was my thought as well. That would leave a few points open for a support or special to ride along.
